Controller Essentials starts at $3,200 per month. Controller Premium starts at $4,000 per month. Fractional CFO engagements are priced based on scope and complexity. We'll give you exact pricing after learning about your business.
Do I need internal bookkeeping staff?
For controller services, yes. Our controller work is designed to oversee and improve your existing bookkeeping function, not replace it. If you don't have someone handling day-to-day transactions, we can help you find the right solution.
What's the difference between controller and CFO services?
Controller services focus on financial accuracy and reporting. We review your books, make adjusting entries, ensure clean financials, and close your books each month. CFO services focus on strategy. That includes forecasting, cash flow planning, KPI development, and helping you make better business decisions with your numbers.
My books are a mess. Can you help?
Yes. Our Financial Records Cleanup service restores outdated or inaccurate books to a current, reconciled state. Pricing starts at $1,500 and depends on transaction volume and how far back we need to go.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. We work month-to-month. If you decide the engagement isn't the right fit, you can end it with 30 days notice.
How often do we meet?
Controller Premium clients get a monthly review meeting of up to 60 minutes. Fractional CFO clients meet more frequently depending on the engagement. Controller Essentials clients have access via email and scheduled check-ins as needed.
Do you handle tax returns?
We prepare and file business tax returns for existing accounting services clients. Returns start at $1,500. We also handle sales tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
What software do you work with?
We work with most major accounting platforms. If your current system isn't set up properly or isn't the right fit, we can advise on that during our initial conversation.
How quickly do you respond to questions?
